Our Mission

No Veteran Who Served This
Country Should Ever Lose
Their Home.

Our Story

Founded On A Single Promise

Home for Every Hero was founded with a simple, urgent belief: the men and women who served this country deserve more than a thank-you when they come home — they deserve a home itself.

On any given night, over 40,000 American veterans are homeless. Another 1.4 million are at risk of becoming homeless within the next year. These are men and women who served our country, sacrificed their health and time with family, and returned home only to face the threat of losing their homes.

We exist for one reason: to make sure that never happens.

How We Help

Direct Housing Assistance

We connect generous donors directly with veterans in crisis. Every dollar becomes housing.

Emergency Rent Assistance

We pay rent directly to landlords to halt evictions before they happen - typically within 24-72 hours of a veteran's intake call.

Utility & Aid

We cover utility shutoffs, security deposits, and emergency move-in costs that keep veteran families housed and stable.

Veteran Outreach & Intake

We connect with veterans facing housing crises through partnerships with shelters, VA case workers, and community referrals.

Our Team

Our Mission, Our People

Home for Every Hero is led by a small team of veterans, family members of veterans, and civilian supporters who’ve seen firsthand what happens when those who served come home to a housing crisis. Out of respect for the privacy of those we serve and the safety of our team members with active military and law-enforcement ties, leadership names are shared with regulators, partners, and major contributors directly.
